DEPOSIT ::
The Water Street Inn requires a deposit equal to 50% of the cost of your stay to confirm your reservation. One night reservations are paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. Rates are subject to applicable sales and room taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice or obligation.
CANCELLATIONS ::
Cancellations received 15 or more days prior to your arrival date will be refunded in full minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to your arrival will forfeit the total deposit of 50% of the stay. Cancellations on the day of arrival will forfeit the total amount of the stay.
All one night reservations are paid in full at the time of booking and are not refundable.
Please note that departing before your confirmed departure date will not result in a refund.
REFUNDS :: No refunds for early departures.
PETS :: No pets are allowed in rooms or on premises. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if a pet is found in your room. You will also be asked to leave with no refund for unused portion of your reservation.
BIKES :: Bikes are not allowed in rooms or on decks.
SMOKING NOT PERMITTED :: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
PARKING :: Limited parking is available – 1 space per room. We are unable to accommodate trailers of any kind.
